NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE IronWebMaster website design promotion IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. This Contest starts on JANUARY 7TH, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on December 31, 2008. Modules may be added at any time during the course of the promotion. Dates may be adjusted or amended at any time at the discretion of the administrator. This Contest is administered and operated by WebRing Inc. ("Administrator").

Entry

You may enter this Contest as follows: Access the IronWebMaster.com site and follow the directions to design and submit a site. You may enter your site at any time during the promotion, bearing in mind the appropriate application date and instructions for each module or round. Your entry will be eligible during the specific module/round that you enter. You must be a member of WebRing.com to enter, and there is no charge for submitting a site to this Contest. There is no limit on the number of entries from a single e-mail address/user. To enter the competition, you must create a website and follow instructions, including your valid email address. You will be sent a confirmation email confirming your entry into the competition. However, automated or robotically submitted entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an email address, entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Administrator reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review all submitted websites for infringing, obscene, harmful or otherwise inappropriate material, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator may disqualify any entry and associated design and refuse to make any website available on the Promotion Website for any reason as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Once a website is made available for viewing via the Promotion Website, Administrator reserves the right to remove the website from the Promotion Website and disqualify it from the Contest for any reason. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the posting by Administrator of his or her design on the Promotion Website and acknowledges that the website shall be reviewed by other users. No reusing of other website material is permitted. All submitted sites must be unique and orignal.

All components of the entered website must be entrant's own original creation, created solely by entrant. Web sites may not have been published previously, in whole or in part, or have won any other award. Modifying, enhancing, or altering a third party's preexisting work does not qualify as an entrant's original creation. By entering this Contest, each entrant represents that he or she has the authority to grant to WebRing Inc the rights provided in these official rules. Entrant must submit all required information to be eligible.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal US residents, 13 years of age or older, who have Internet access as of JANUARY,2008. If you are a minor in your state of residence, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian to enter this Contest. By entering this Contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules as well as the IronWebMaster.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference herein. Employees of Administrator and sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") and the members of the immediate families or households of such employees are not eligible. Other out of country entrants may also participate in the contest, at the sole discretion of Webring Inc, provided they conform to the appropriate international laws in effect.

Winner Determination and Notification

Grand Prize winners will be selected at the conclusion of the Contest based on the following criteria:

Eligible websites submitted to the IronWebMaster.com website will be entered into the competition, and will be listed randomly on the website. Visitors to the website can vote for a website by clicking on the "Vote for this site" button. When a vote is cast, the winning website receives one vote towards their winning percentage. Winning percentages are calculated by dividing the number of votes a website has received by the total number of times all of the submitted websites have been voted upon. The top 10 websites by winning percentage will be entered into a final drawing whereby the top websites will be judged by an impartial jury, with the winners selected to win the grand prizes. Web sites with the same winning percentage as the number 10th website will also be included in the final drawing.

The winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the Contest deadline. If any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize, including returning a signed Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release, within ten days of notification or prize may be forfeited and, at Administrator's sole discretion, awarded to an alternate. If any winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, required documents must be signed by winner's parent or legal guardian and the prize will be awarded in the name of such parent or legal guardian.

Prizes: to be announced

No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of a prize is permitted except in Administrator's sole discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable, Administrator has the right to replace the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. All taxes on the prize value and, if applicable, expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize(s) properly claimed will be awarded. PRIZE(S) ARE AWARDED "AS IS," AND NEITHER ADMINISTRATOR, NOR THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Conditions of Participation

By submitting an entry, entrants (or if entrant is a minor, parent or legal guardian of such entrant) agree: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its agents in all matters regarding this Contest and whose decisions shall be final; (b) TO RELEASE ADMINISTRATOR, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED; and (d) that the winner grants to Administrator and its designees and the Sponsor Affiliates (except where prohibited by law) the right to use winner's name, IronWebMaster.com user name (if applicable), and place of residence (city and state), voice and likeness in the advertising and promotion of this and similar sweepstakes, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, including (without limitation) the posting of same on the IronWebMaster.com website, without notice, review, approval or additional compensation, and to provide such consent in writing upon request. All entrants further acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winners list. All entries, including all submitted designs, confer full usage decisions (including the adding of navcode to the website) to IronWebMaster.com, including the right to use entered sites on any website of the administrators choosing. By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees to assign to IronWebMaster.com rights to their design, including, without limitation, all intellectual property and other proprietary rights without expectation of compensation or acknowledgment (other than a prize that may be awarded as set forth in these official rules). By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees that IronWebMaster.com (and those acting pursuant to the direction ) shall have the perpetual, irrevocable, fully-transferable right to use, display, and prepare derivative works from the entrant's design for any purpose and in any media or manner worldwide, including inclusion of the design on products for commercial purposes. WE reserve the right to modify any design, in whole or in part, for any reason, and entrant waives any and all "moral rights" in and to their design. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein: (1) IRONWEBMASER.com may decline to use any design for any reason, in its sole discretion; and (2) entrants agree that there is no guarantee that IronWebMaster.com will make use of any rights granted to in any design.

RELEASEES are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, garbled communications, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or for inaccurate transmission of, or failure of Administrator to receive any entry information, or for any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Contest, caused by Administrator, the user, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by this Contest, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. RELEASEES are not responsible for injury or damage to any entrant's or any other computer resulting from playing, or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for entries or mail that are late, incorrect, incomplete, lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated or postage due. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest in its entirety or in part if it becomes technically corrupted, because of non-authorized human intervention, if any person or action compromises the fairness or integrity of this Contest, or if the Contest is otherwise not capable of running as planned. If this Contest is cancelled, modified or suspended, notification will be posted at www.IronWebMaster.com. All eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such cancellation will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS; AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. Any entry information collected in connection with this Contest shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with IronWebMaster.com's Privacy Policy located at http://WWW.IronWebMaster.com, and is operated by IronWebMaster.com (and its designees) and personal information provided by participants. Further information may be collected and used by IronWebMaster.com and its designees in connection with the submission of the entry information and entry designs for the Contest and the fulfillment and verification of prize awards. By entering this Contest, participants consent to the use of entrant's information and designs for these purposes and for those purposes set forth in these Official Rules.
