    Well done contestants!

  • Iron WebMaster Round 5

Here's Your Fifth and Final Challenge:
Teach Us How to Stay Healthy & Fit

    General Guidelines
In today's world, health and fitness are more important than ever. No longer do we toil away in fields or work in factories en masse. Our jobs tend to keep us planted in chairs, expanding our bodies with each passing day.

Your challenge for this round is to design a site of up to three pages that offers health and fitness tutorials. Here are some suggested topics:

    • Healthy Changes to a Typical Office Diet
    • 5 Minute Exercises for a Frantic Schedule
    • Stress Reduction Tips
    • Easy Tweaks to Workplace Environment
    • Safe Ways to Shed Pounds
    • Balanced Meal Planning
    • How to Count Calories
    • Choosing a Workout Schedule
All of the items above are only suggestions. Remember to include images and/or video, as they make it easier for the "learner" to follow your instructions.

    Specs
Here are the specific requirements for your Hit The Road entry:

    • Limit your entry to no more than 5 pages.
    • If you choose to enter a multi-page website, each page must contain distinctly different content.
    • Maximum space you can use, including images, is 50Mb.
    • Name your photos descriptively and make sure to place them close to content that reflects the picture.
    • Include some way on your entry for future site visitors to comment, sign a guestbook or contact you.
    • Include the word "travel" at least twice on each page but careful not to overdo it. The page name counts as one.
    • Gathering and creatively presenting pre-existing ideas and products in a fresh way is acceptable, as long as the content is free of copyright restrictions. Just remember to credit your source.
    • You need to insert the comment <!--iwmround5--> in your HTML within the <body>...</body> portion of each page. We suggest at the bottom. This will be replaced with voting and navigation code when the design phase ends and voting begins (The approximate size of the generated code is 500x70 - about like a banner ad.)
    • The design phase ends March 20, 3:00 PM PST. Late entries will be accepted, with a penalty.
    • External links are allowed in this round. Be carefull though! If you lead someone away it is always nice if you can lead them back as well.
    • Upload your files at ftp.ironwebmaster.com. Use your Iron WebMaster ID and password to access the site.
    • Create a new folder under public_html, IWM5, to store your website. Your website will be found at
http://www.ironwebmaster.com/~IWMID/IWM5/filename (replace the IWMID with your ID, and filename with the name of your initial webpage).
Get fit and challenge us with your healthy tutorial!
